For our fine gold jewelry, we use high-quality 18-karat rose, yellow, and white gold. Due to perspiration and other external influences, the copper content in rose gold may diminish over time, causing it to develop a slight yellowish tint. At home, you can regularly polish and clean your gold jewelry yourself using a suitable cloth. Thanks to re-plating in our workshop, your piece of jewelry will shine like new again. Even yellow and white gold that appears dull can regain its radiance this way.
Being the hardest of all precious stones, diamonds have a reputation for being king of all gemstones into eternity. Nevertheless, hard impact or severe temperature changes may cause a diamond to crack, splinter, or break entirely. It’s best to take off your diamond studded jewelry when doing housework or exercising. Household cleaners and creams have been known to additionally reduce its luster. An ultrasonic cleaning at one of our stores is the best way to rejuvenate your diamond jewelry and return its original luster and shine.
Platinum has a higher density than gold and silver, making it extremely durable and resistant to wear. However, to ensure that your jewelry retains its shine and beauty over the years, we recommend regular cleaning with a mild soapy solution and a soft cloth. Avoid contact with chemicals. During sports and other physically intense activities, it is advisable to remove your jewelry to prevent damage.

How long does it take to make a custom ring?
Production usually takes between 5-8 weeks depending on the model.
Is the diamond unique gemstone?
Yes. Each naturally sourced diamond is unique and has unique quality criteria. No two diamonds are alike.
Is the diamond certified?
Yes. All diamonds in the DESIGN YOUR RING models are GIA certified diamonds.
Can I exchange the diamond for another one at a later date?
Yes, you can exchange a new diamond for an additional processing charge. Please note that the diamond which you’ve already purchased cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I exchange my ring?
Since this is a custom made piece, the ring cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I view the diamond in the store beforehand?
Unfortunately, you cannot view the diamonds in store. You will find photos and videos of the selected diamond online during configuration.
The ring size does not fit. Can I have it changed?
Yes. The ring size can be adjusted and is free the first time you choose to do so. Size adjustment typically takes 2-3 weeks.
