Our EARCANDY events are always highly sought after. To bring sparkle to as many ears as possible, we have already held several events at various locations this year, all of which have been a great success! With her positive and cheerful demeanor, ANNA has not only pierced several ears but also managed to bring smiles to our customers' faces. Here you can find some impressions and information that is important to know.
EARCANDY events usually take place in the afternoons or evenings at our stores. During these events, customers have the opportunity to get their ears pierced by ANNA herself.
Our ANNAVERSE members receive exclusive early notifications via email about upcoming EARCANDY events in their area before anyone else. This gives them the chance to secure a spot early. If there are still available spots, we then send an invitation to all other newsletter subscribers and announce the event on Instagram.

We allocate 10-minute slots for ear piercings. To secure your spot, you can sign up in advance using our online booking tool. You will find all the details in the respective newsletters. Please arrive on time for your appointment and bring a valid photo ID. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the ear piercing.
We only pierce the earlobe, not through the cartilage. Depending on the shape of your ear and the desired spacing, we can pierce up to five holes per ear. We use an ear piercing gun for this.
You can get a new ear piercing for 30 €, which includes a medical stud. However, if you purchase an ANNA earring on-site, the piercing of the year is free for you!
The healing process takes about 6 weeks. During this time, it is important to keep the piercing clean. It's best to gently clean it daily with a cotton swab, using sterile saline solution or a special antiseptic. Initially, you should avoid sleeping on the freshly pierced ear and refrain from swimming during the healing phase.
After the healing period, you can replace the medical stud with your ANNA jewelry. Discover our selection of sparkling earrings and find your new favorite piece.
