Band Change Service

You already have a wristband but want a newer and fresher look? With the purchase of a band change, you can send us your wristband to have the band changed.

After you have ordered a Band Change Set, you can send us your old wristband, including all components and stating the order number, insured to the following address:

Upon receipt, the band will be changed and returned to you.

Note: This band change can only be applied to our standard wristbands. You can find band changes for wristbands which, because of their production process require another band, here.

Information concerning band change and wish knot refund:

In the event of a return, please note the additional cost of a custom wish knot and requested band color should they differ from the standard. These cannot be refunded. However, the cost of the standard product will be refunded to you in full. Personalized items are generally excluded from return and exchange.
