Should you be unsatisfied with the delivered product(s) or should the product(s) not be according to your expectations, you can return the product by sending it to us within 14 days (§ 4 TOS - Right of Withdrawal).

Personalized products as well as adjusted products (e.i: engravings, personal size changes) unfortunately cannot be sent back (Exemptions to the right of withdrawal). Perfumes in the original unopened packaging are eligible for a refund. Should the cellophane not be on the packaging then the perfume is no longer eligible for a refund. 

Note: The costs for a wristband change in the case of returns or exchange cannot be refunded (Exemptions to the right of withdrawal).

Note: Orders made online or via telephone can only be sent back via mail. Articles that are purchased in one of our stores can only be returned in store.

There may be allowances of extended return dates in the case of special and time-limited sales (e.i: extended return period for Christmas presents), this will be explicitly written on the website during the time of the specific sale and is only applicable in the given time frame.

The shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted and consequently sent back to the customer. We will send you a credit accordingly upon passing inspection of the returned product as well as a refund to your credit card.

Standard and express shipping within Austria is carried out by the parcel service Österreichische Post AG.

Standard shipping outside Austria is also carried out by the parcel service Österreichische Post AG.

Express shipping outside Austria is handled by the parcel service DHL Express (Austria) GmbH.

When ordering personalized products (My Design, engravings), please note the production times listed below, which will result in a longer delivery time.

The indicated prices include VAT of 20% and do not include the shipping costs. These are quoted separately and correspond to the values mentioned above.
