Surrounded by historic buildings, luxurious shops and lively museums, our in-house workshop is located right in the heart of Vienna. Our goldsmith team, manned by 8 people, works sustainably and responsibly: Certified gold and fair diamonds, whose conflict-free origin is guaranteed. Above all, we focus on short material and transport routes to ensure sustainability. The life cycle of our products is very important to us.

Our goldsmiths use rhodium, fixate diamonds and make everything starting from design and samples all the way to the final product by hand. Thus, new ideas, changes and proposals can be implemented immediately and every aspect of the jewelry can be considered. The direct contact with the productions department enables better control over the processing and problems are solved promptly.

In our Vienna workshop, we combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary technology. With dedication, precision, and advanced laser equipment, we create personalized jewelry pieces – as unique as you are.

Name necklaces, engravings, custom engagement rings, and made-to-measure adjustments such as shortening or lengthening chains are all carefully crafted on-site. Creating true craftsmanship and making it tangible in every piece is especially close to our hearts.

Since the beginning of ANNA, we have been sourcing our gold from our LBMA-certified supplier. To obtain this certificate - Responsible Gold Certificate awarded by the London Bullion Market Association - a guaranteed, transparent traceability of the gold-bearing material back to its origin is required. This ensures that no gold from high risk areas is processed at ANNA. Two values that have priority in the manufacture of our products are reliability and trust. meaning: The LBMA certification proves that we, together with our supplier, support international efforts to prevent human rights violations with precious metal transactions and the financing of terrorist activities. The transparency of the supply chain according to the most modern guidelines strengthens customer confidence. All products from ANNA "Made in Vienna" contain conflict-free gold. Their origin can be traced back to the absolute origin. This aspect is part of the responsibility towards our customers.
