Deadlines for Orders before Christmas
You still have some time to find the perfect gift for your loved ones.
Christmas is right around the corner, so we ask that you pay close attention to order deadlines. Your order will be shipped with compliance to the specified deadlines, but unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays resulting from holiday bottlenecks and our shipping partners.
Online ordering:
Orders for standard products received by December 19, 2021 will be entrusted to our shipping partners the following business day. We additionally recommend ordering your online order with Express Shipping to To increase the chances of on-time delivery.
Online orders with pickup in Vienna:
Standard products and personalized bracelets must be ordered by December 22, 2021, and can be picked up by December 24, 2021.
MY NAME necklaces must be ordered by December 21, 15:00.
Please wait for an email notification informing you when exactly your product will be ready for pickup.
In-store shopping:
You can buy your gifts in our stores until 2:00 pm on December 24, 2021.
MY NAME necklace orders will be accepted in our ANNA stores until December 21, 2021.
Bracelet engravings can be ordered in-store until 3:00 pm on December 23, 2021 and can be picked up without express surcharge until 2:00 pm on December 24, 2021.
